- Pen-and-ink and pencil on tracing linen mounted on cloth.
- Includes notes.
- "Certificate April 12-1833 through 34".
- In pen and ink on octagonal blue bordered label in lower right corner: 851 1834.
- Transferred from the USCGS January 15, 1914.
