- Shows lots in different colors, block numbers, and some lot numbers.
- Covers area bounded by: M St. north, 4th St. east, E St. south, and 3rd and 1st streets west.
- Annotated in pencil on verso on cloth backing: From the files of the Society of Oldest Inhabitants. Deposited by Henry C. Gauss in 1920's (?). One of 12 maps.
- Annotated in pencil on recto: No. 5 December 10, 1890. J.G.
- Originally drawn on 6 sheets.
- Watermarked: GR, L Munn 1794, [fleur-de-lis].
- Brittle and missing small sections along edges.
