- Pen and ink and colored ink.
- Similar to map created by Gaspard-Joseph Chaussegros de Léry in 1732.
- Oriented with north to the right.
- At top of title cartouche: J R.
- Includes inset of Fort Chambly with ill. and inset of Fort St. Fréderic with ill.
- Mounted on paper, mounted on cloth.
- Minor staining throughout. Several pinholes in cloth tape edging.
