  • Publication date inferred from Webpage of Japan Hydrographic and Oceanographic Department, Feb. 28, 2020; history, Nov. 13, 1872 Kaigunshō Suiroryō established, the first nautical chart published in 1872, changed the name to Kaigunshō Suirokyoku in 1876.
  • Notes on map; based on British survey of 1843, new wharf established in 1960, surveyed by compass in 1861.
