- Lacks the name of the lithographer in the lower right corner.
- Geography and Map Division's copy bears annotations in pencil.
- This map was formerly in the possession of the Confederate topographic engineer, Maj. Jedediah Hotchkiss. In July 1948, the Library of Congress purchased his map collection.

- Sizes labeled "Fits a Standard Frame" will drop right into any frame that you purchase in that size. The sizes that we offer are commonly available online and at most retail stores.
