- Probably drawn by Nicholas King.
- Black ink, red ink, and watercolors.
- Watermark: Budgen 1799 (with device under crown).
- Soiled, torn, assembled from small sheets of paper, thirded, edged with cloth, and annotated in lead pencil on cloth backing.
