Old early map / manuscript map of Annapolis Royal, Canada, N. S., Nova Scotia.

- Includes index and "Section thro' the wharf shewing the design for a dock to clean his Majestys ships of war".
- Shows "the late Govr. Cosby's garden". Cosby died December 27 1742, and was succeeded by Mascoune in 1744, who then started to build the fort.
