- Image drawn and published by Grafton Tyler Brown (1841-1918) an African-American lithographer, cartographer and painter. Brown was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and worked in San Francisco, Nevada, British Columbia and Minnesota. He started a lithography business in 1867 in San Francisco.
